7. Liability Disclaimer & Limitation
AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations. They should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business).
