Demo access is typically limited to 1 day.
Full AI deployment and setup may take up to 1 week after agreement.
Paid plans are billed monthly or as agreed upon with the client.
Payments are due upon invoice, and services may be paused for nonpayment.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and generally not available once AI setup has begun.
We may update our pricing and billing policies with notice on our website.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Use Mozza AI only for lawful business purposes.
Not use AI tools to create, transmit, or promote illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
Not interfere with, copy, or reverse engineer our software or systems.
Respect intellectual property rights belonging to Mozza AI and others.
You are solely responsible for the content and data you provide to our AI systems.
7. Company Rights
We reserve the right to:

8. Intellectual Property
Mozza AI Ownership: All software, AI models, designs, and branding are owned by Mozza AI.
Client Content: You retain ownership of all content and data you provide.
AI Outputs: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated outputs for lawful business purposes.
Mozza AI retains rights to its underlying technology and algorithms.
9. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated responses are based on data patterns and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected results.
Mozza AI:
Does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs.
Is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.
Encourages users to review outputs before using them for business or communication purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Mozza AI’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits).
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service:
At any time by written notice (for ongoing subscriptions).
Immediately, if there is a material breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the AI system and any related integrations will be disabled.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the courts of Dibër, Albania, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices described therein.
14. Service Availability
Mozza AI strives to maintain high uptime and reliability, but occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party issues.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Spread misinformation, hate speech, or illegal content.
Re-sell AI-generated content or outputs as an independent product.
Overload or abuse the API or chatbot system.
